What we are looking for:

• You love gardening and working outdoors!
• You are strong, fit and able to lift bags of soil, etc
• You have a positive attitude and interest in learning more
• You have good attention to detail and enjoy making things beautiful
• You communicate well with customers and suppliers
• You work well as part of a team and independently
• You are punctual and reliable

Priority will be given to candidates with horticultural experience, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn also go a long way.
